Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item. If you purchased online then you must send us an email with your order information. Product must be received back within the 14 days to be accepted.
If your return is accepted, you will receive a gift card for the amount.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
SWIMWEAR, Hair Accessories are FINAL SALE due to sanitary purposes. No returns or exchanges.
If any discount code is used or applied to an order then it is also considered final sale. No returns or exchanges.
Seasonal/Christmas/Holiday items are final sale. No Returns or Exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost Packages
We want your package to arrive as much as you do! But, we are not responsible for lost packages. Please file a claim with USPS or UPS if your package is lost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do not contact us within 5 days of receipt of a damaged item we can’t replace it. We can’t replace items that have been used.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like seasonal items, perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with a gift card within 10 business days.

Cancellation
We do not cancel orders. In the extreme case you need to cancel your order, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping Charges will NOT be refunded.
